AGE OF EXPLORATION

The Age of Exploration, or Age of Discovery, occurred between the 15th and 18th centuries.  It was a major event in world history and saw the mass migration of Europeans to the New World following the amazing expeditions of famous explorers of the time.  Explorers such as Hernan Cortes and Francisco Pizarro dramatically changed the New World with their conquests of the Aztec and Inca Empires.  Click below to learn more about specific topics related to Age of Exploration.
